He's such an outdoors-type, so this is right up his alley. I went to sleep-away camp for about 5 or 6 years and had a wonderful experience so I am happy that my son is also able to have his own experience.

Summer Camp
Yesterday we dropped my son off at summer camp, where he will be spending the next week. It was bittersweet. We had a tough school year and frankly, his behavior hasn't been that great recently, so on the one hand I feel like, Yes! We get a break! But on the other hand, I miss him already. The baby saw his picture this morning and started cooing, smiling and laughing at it.

i always wanted to go to camp as a kid, i did't get to go :(.
